Dr. Jenny Talbert provides continuing education, courses, workshops, speaking, and educational resources for healthcare providers through drjennytalbert.com. Our SMS messaging program, Dr. Jenny Talbert Text Updates, delivers informational and promotional text messages about course launches, live trainings, events, offers, and educational content relevant to our subscribers.

2. SMS Terms and Conditions

By providing your phone number and checking the consent checkbox on our website, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Dr. Jenny Talbert, including updates, promotional offers, event notifications, and informational content.

Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or use of our services. You may opt in to SMS communications separately from any other action on our website.

6. Products and Services

Available offerings may include digital courses and workshops, downloadable toolkits and resources, live training sessions, continuing education programs, speaking engagements, and community access and support. All descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from using our educational materials.

7. Payments and Billing

We accept credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. Subscription services renew automatically until canceled, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

8. Refund Policy

Digital Products and Courses: Refund requests must be made within 15 days of purchase. Refunds may be granted for technical issues that prevent access. Completed courses and downloaded materials are generally non-refundable, and each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Live Services and Workshops: A full refund is available if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. No refunds are given for no-shows or late cancellations.

Subscription Services: You may cancel at any time. No refunds are given for partial billing periods, and access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel subscriptions or recurring services by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings, or by contacting us at hello@drjennytalbert.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its security or functionality, upload harmful or malicious content, violate any applicable professional codes of conduct, or harass or harm other users.

By participating in live events or workshops, or by submitting testimonials, you consent to photography, video recording, and the use of your likeness for educational and marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt out.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Jennifer Talbert and Talbert Creative Co, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
