I've been a chiropractor for over 15 years, with clinical expertise in chronic pain management, hypermobility disorders, and craniosacral therapy. My practice focuses on making hands-on care accessible and effective for patients in larger bodies.
Six years ago, I transitioned from weight-focused to weight-neutral practice after recognizing the harm traditional approaches were causing my patients and the gaps in my clinical training around body size. This shift required learning new assessment techniques, treatment modifications, and communication strategies that I now teach to other providers.
My clinical background includes extensive work with chronic pain, trauma-informed care principles, and developing practical systems that support access and safety for all body sizes. I've presented for organizations like Project Sleep and ASDAH, and I understand the unique challenges providers face when shifting away from weight-centered care.
Through my educational work, I help hands-on providers build the clinical skills and confidence needed to deliver truly inclusive care—because our patients deserve better, and we can do better.
